Refund & Return Eligibility

• • Customers may request a refund or return within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase/booking confirmation.

• • Refunds apply if:
    
    • • A tour is canceled by ViettrendTour.
    • • A customer cancels within the 15-day refund window.
    • • Weather or emergency-related disruptions occur (with prior notice).

      • Refunds are calculated on the total tour value and the time remaining before the tour start time (GMT+7):

        • 15+ days before departure → 90% refund (10% fee)

        • 8–14 days before → 70% refund (30% fee)

        • 5–7 days before → 50% refund

        • 4 days before → 30% refund kept / 70% fee

        • <3 days, late arrival, or no-show → 0% refund

Refund Timeline

• • Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• • Customers will be notified of the refund status via email or WhatsApp.

Non-Refundable Items

• • Cancellations made after 7 days of booking.

• • Cancellations within 72 hours of departure.

• • No-shows.

• • Gift vouchers, promotional bookings, or special deals.

• • Bookings made through third-party resellers (please check their terms).

Exchanges

We accept exchanges or rescheduling requests within the same 15-day return window, subject to availability.
