Once your itinerary and quotation have been confirmed, your ViettrendTour Travel Specialist will send you the appropriate payment instructions or secure payment link for your booking.
We keep our payment terms simple and transparent, so you know exactly what is required before your journey begins.
Important: Please do not make a payment until you have received a confirmed quotation and payment instructions from your ViettrendTour Travel Specialist.
Payment Terms
💳 30% Deposit to Confirm Your Booking
A 30% deposit of the total booking value is normally required to confirm your booking and secure the services included in your itinerary.
Once the deposit has been received, we will proceed with confirming the hotels, cruises, transportation, guides, and other services included in your itinerary.
📅 Final Payment Before 14 Days
The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 14 days before your travel date.
For bookings made within 14 days of the travel date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Your exact payment amount and payment due date will be stated in your quotation or booking confirmation.

🌐 Wise Bank Transfer
Wise is a convenient payment option for international travelers who prefer to make a bank transfer.
Your ViettrendTour Travel Specialist will confirm your booking amount and provide the payment instructions. You can then create a bank transfer through your Wise account using the beneficiary details below.

Once your transfer has been completed, please send us a screenshot or payment confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
Our team will verify the payment promptly and proceed with confirming your travel services.

Your ViettrendTour Travel Specialist will send you a secure card payment link once your booking and payment amount have been confirmed.
A 3.5% payment processing fee applies to credit and debit card payments.
Example
For a payment of USD 1,000:
- Booking payment: USD 1,000
- Card processing fee (3.5%): USD 35
- Total card payment: USD 1,035
For your security, please do not send your card number, CVV, or other card details to ViettrendTour by email or WhatsApp. Please use only the secure payment link provided by your Travel Specialist.
💵 Cash Payment on Arrival
Cash payment on arrival may be accepted for eligible bookings.
If you prefer to pay in cash when you arrive in Vietnam, please inform your ViettrendTour Travel Specialist in advance so we can confirm whether this payment arrangement is available for your particular booking.
Please note that certain hotels, cruises, transportation providers, and other suppliers may require a deposit or advance payment to secure your services.
In such cases, the required deposit must be paid according to the applicable booking conditions.

How Your Payment Works
1. Confirm Your Journey
Your Travel Specialist finalizes your itinerary, services, travel dates, and quotation.
2. Confirm Your Booking
A 30% deposit is normally required to secure your booking.
3. Receive Your Payment Instructions
Your Travel Specialist will send you either:
- Wise bank transfer instructions, or
- A secure credit/debit card payment link.
4. Complete Your Payment
Choose the payment method that works best for you and complete the required payment.
5. Payment Verification
We verify your payment and proceed with confirming your hotels, cruises, transportation, guides, and other travel services.
6. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your travel date.
For bookings made within 14 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.
