ViettrendTour Cancellation & Refund Policy
At ViettrendTour, we aim to deliver unforgettable travel experiences while keeping our policies clear, transparent, and fair. If your plans change, our cancellation and refund policy applies according to the time remaining before your scheduled departure.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total service rate and the number of days remaining before the scheduled departure date.

All cancellation periods are calculated based on Vietnam time (GMT+7) and the scheduled departure date stated in your booking confirmation.
Important Notes
- Cancellation requests must be submitted to ViettrendTour in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- The applicable cancellation fee is determined by the time ViettrendTour receives the cancellation request.
- For bookings involving third-party suppliers such as hotels, cruises, airlines, transport providers, or other services, supplier-specific cancellation conditions may apply. Where such conditions differ from this general policy, the applicable supplier terms will be communicated to the customer before booking or at the time of confirmation.
- Certain promotional rates, special offers, non-refundable services, or customized arrangements may have different cancellation conditions. These will be clearly stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.
2. Cancellation by ViettrendTour
If ViettrendTour cancels a service due to circumstances within our responsibility, customers will be offered an appropriate alternative or a refund for the affected service, subject to the specific circumstances and supplier conditions.
For cancellations caused by severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, ViettrendTour will work with customers and suppliers to find the best available solution. Any refund will be subject to amounts recoverable from the relevant suppliers.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 business days after the refund has been confirmed.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method, where possible.
- Bank, payment gateway, or currency-conversion charges that are non-refundable may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customers will be informed of the refund status via email or WhatsApp.
4. Rescheduling & Changes
Customers may request to reschedule or modify their booking, subject to availability and the cancellation/change conditions of the relevant hotels, cruises, transport providers, guides, and other suppliers.
Any additional costs resulting from a change in travel dates, itinerary, accommodation, cruise, transportation, or other services may be payable by the customer.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will normally be provided in the following situations:
- Cancellation less than 3 days before departure.
- No-show or failure to join the scheduled service.
- Cancellation after the travel departure date or after the service has commenced.
- Non-refundable hotel, cruise, transport, or other supplier services, where applicable.
- Promotional, special-rate, or customized services specifically confirmed as non-refundable.
- Any unused portion of a service after the tour or service has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation, rescheduling, or refund, please contact ViettrendTour with your booking reference, travel date, and reason for the request.
