At ViettrendTour, we understand that travel plans can change. We aim to keep our cancellation and refund terms clear, transparent, and fair, while also protecting the commitments we make to our trusted local partners and service providers.
📋 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total service rate and the time remaining before your scheduled departure date.

All cancellation periods are calculated according to Vietnam time (GMT+7) and the scheduled departure date stated in your booking confirmation.
🔄 Rescheduling & Changes
Rescheduling requests may be considered subject to availability and the terms of the relevant service providers.
Any additional costs resulting from a change of travel dates, accommodation, cruise, transportation, guide services, or other arrangements may apply.
For bookings involving non-refundable or specially contracted services, rescheduling may be subject to the specific conditions of the relevant supplier.
✈️ Supplier-Specific Conditions
Certain services may have specific cancellation and refund conditions set by the supplier, including:
- Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay cruises
- Hotels and resorts
- Train tickets
- Domestic or international flights, where applicable
- Private transportation
- Special events, tickets, or activities
- Promotional, special-rate, or non-refundable bookings
Where supplier-specific conditions apply, ViettrendTour will inform you of the applicable terms before confirming your booking.
If the supplier’s cancellation conditions differ from our general policy, the conditions stated in your quotation or booking confirmation will apply to that specific service.
💳 Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 business days after the refund has been confirmed.
Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method, where possible.
Any non-refundable bank charges, payment gateway fees, currency-conversion charges, or other transaction costs may be deducted where applicable.
For card payments, the 3.5% payment processing fee is non-refundable.
