📄 Booking, Deposit & Confirmation

All enquiries are handled by AlisaGroup’s Hanoi office and responded to within 24 working hours. ViettrendTour coordinates directly with the cruise team on your behalf for all confirmations and amendments.

Deposit & payment terms (FIT ≤ 5 cabins / GIT > 5 cabins)

  • Non-refundable deposit upon confirmation: 30% of total charge (both FIT and GIT).
  • Full payment – GIT > 5 cabins: 5 days prior to the cruise date.
  • Full payment – FIT ≤ 5 cabins: 3 days prior to the cruise date.

Passenger list & check-in

  • Party B (ViettrendTour/agents) must submit passenger list with full names, dates of birth, nationalities, passport numbers at least 1 day before cruise date.
  • All passengers must embark with valid passport and Vietnam visa; children included on a parent’s passport must travel with that parent.
  • Check-in port: Dock 16B, Tuan Chau Port, Halong Bay, Quang Ninh, Vietnam.

Holiday surcharges are applied by the Cruise Operator on top of standard cruise rates:

  • All guests must travel with a valid passport and Vietnam visa; passenger details must be submitted at least 01 day before departure.
  • On-board insurance is included in the entrance fees; guests should still maintain their own comprehensive travel insurance.

  • All contract rates are confidential between partners; public online selling rates must add a minimum 20% mark-up on top of contract rates.
