🚐 Shared Limousine Transfers
- Elite Of The Seas operates transfers on the highway between Hanoi – Tuan Chau Port – Hanoi by luxury limousine or MPV service, with typical Hanoi departures between 08:45–09:10 (daily, subject to change).
- A two-way limousine service is specified as included in the 2026 package; if guests choose not to use this service, no cash deduction is applied to the cruise price.
- A KIA Sedona MPV shuttle may be arranged on request as an alternative shared transfer option, subject to availability and the operator’s fleet plan.
- Exact pick-up times and hotel list are reconfirmed in writing prior to departure and may change according to traffic or port authority instructions.
Transfer arrangements are managed directly by the Cruise Operator. ViettrendTour assists with booking and communication but has no control over last-minute routing or timing adjustments.

- All bookings are confirmed in writing via the cruise head office in Hanoi (PaxSky Building, 70 Hoa Ma Street, Hai Ba Trung District) using the official Elite Of The Seas contact channels.

- Adjust daily activities (e.g., kayaking, swimming, visit stops) to ensure guest safety.
The 2026 contract does not specify a detailed proration chart; any refunds or alternative arrangements are handled according to the Cruise Operator’s official policy and written notices at the time of the event.
