❌ Cancellation Policy — FIT / Group / Charter
- Non-refundable: Bookings that have been deposited or paid are not refundable under any form.
- One date change per booking allowed if Operator is notified on time:
- Booking < 5 cabins: at least 7 days before departure.
- 5–15 cabins: at least 15 days before departure.
- >15 cabins / Charter: at least 30 days before departure.
- Beyond the above windows: no change & no refund.
🌦 Weather / Authority Changes (Proration)
- If tours are not operated due to storms/Bay Authority bans or government policies, guests are supported with one date change or a credit offset toward future bookings.
- Changes/offsets depend on cabin availability and applicable rates at the time of rebooking.
