ViettrendTour Refund & Return Policy

At ViettrendTour, we aim to deliver unforgettable travel experiences. However, if your plans change, our refund and return policy is designed to be clear, simple, and fair.

Refund & Return Eligibility

- Customers may request a refund or return within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase/booking confirmation.

- Refunds apply if:
  - - A tour is canceled by ViettrendTour.
  - - A customer cancels within the 15-day refund window.
  - - Weather or emergency-related disruptions occur (with prior notice).
    - Refunds are calculated on the total tour value and the time remaining before the tour start time (GMT+7):
      - 15+ days before departure → 90% refund (10% fee)
      - 8–14 days before → 70% refund (30% fee)
      - 5–7 days before → 50% refund
      - 4 days before → 30% refund kept / 70% fee
      - <3 days, late arrival, or no-show → 0% refund
