La Regina Royal Cruise 3 Days 2 Nights (3D2N)

All child rates apply per program and follow the cruise operator’s final confirmation.

• Extra bed charge: 90% of an adult’s rate of the same cabin type and program (2D1N or 3D2N).
• 3rd adult or child in a cabin uses an extra bed and follows the same 90% of adult rate rule unless specified otherwise in a confirmed booking.
• Extra bed availability is limited and confirmed case-by-case by the cruise operator.

All supplements are calculated on the contracted cabin rate before taxes/surcharges.

• Shared Dcar Limousine (approx. 8 seats) operates daily between Hanoi Old Quarter and Halong.
• Pick-up time in Hanoi: approximately 08:00–08:30 (exact time confirmed one day before departure).
• Estimated drop-off in Hanoi: approximately 14:30–15:00 after disembarkation.
• Complimentary pick-up is available only at hotels inside the Hanoi Old Quarter.
• Pick-up outside the Old Quarter is subject to prior agreement and may incur a separate surcharge and different timing.
• Children under 5 years sharing a seat with an adult travel free of charge on the shuttle bus.

Final routing, vehicles, and pick-up list are arranged by the cruise operator according to daily operation.

• All reservations must be made in writing via email. Only emails with mutual confirmation from both parties are considered valid.
• The cruise operator typically replies to booking requests within 24 hours with availability and confirmation.
• Any cancellation request from the agency must also be confirmed in writing by the cruise operator to be valid.
• The agency must provide full guest information at least 07 days before check-in: group code, arrival/departure dates, number of guests and cabins, cabin allocation, tour guide name and contact, special requests, and full passenger list (name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport/ID number, visa validity, dietary notes, celebrations such as birthday or honeymoon).
• Guests must be informed of the cruise itinerary, sightseeing program, and included services as per the confirmed contract.
• Check-in location: La Regina Royal typically embarks from the operator’s waiting lounge at Tuan Chau Marina, Halong, Quang Ninh (exact pier and timing confirmed in the pre-departure notice).

Incomplete or late passenger information may lead to check-in delays or refusal according to Vietnamese immigration and port regulations.

• Christmas (24 December) & New Year’s Eve (31 December):
  • Adults & children from 12 years: ~$38.5 per guest/night (equivalent to 1,000,000 VND).
  • Children 5–11 years: ~$19.2 per guest/night (equivalent to 500,000 VND).
  • Children under 5 years: FOC.
• Tet (Lunar New Year – 16, 17, 18 February):
  • Per guest (adults & children 5+): ~$11.5 per guest/night (equivalent to 300,000 VND).
  • Children under 5 years: free of surcharge.

Holiday surcharges are added on top of the contracted cabin rate and apply for each night falling on the above dates.

FIT – less than 06 cabins

• 15 days or more prior to check-in: No cancellation charge.
• Within 14 to 10 days prior to check-in: Cancellation fee of 50% of total service value.
• Within 09 to 03 days prior to check-in: Cancellation fee of 70% of total service value.
• Within 03 days prior to check-in or no notice / no-show: Cancellation fee of 100% of total service value.

GIT & Charter – groups & full-boat bookings

• 45 days or more prior to check-in: No cancellation charge.
• Within 45 to 31 days prior to check-in: Cancellation fee of 25% of total service value.
• Within 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: Cancellation fee of 50% of total service value.
• Within 14 to 07 days prior to check-in: Cancellation fee of 70% of total service value.
• Within 06 days prior to check-in or no notice / no-show: Cancellation fee of 100% of total service value.

All amendment/cancellation timelines are counted in calendar days before the scheduled check-in date.

• In cases of natural disaster, storm, war, terrorism, labor strike, or government/port authority bans, the cruise may be changed or cancelled under force majeure conditions.
• In such events, the cruise operator bears no liability for failing to provide accommodations, meals, transportation, or other services exactly as originally agreed.
• The operator will make every reasonable effort to assist guests and agencies within its capacity.
• If La Regina cannot operate the confirmed boat due to force majeure or unexpected technical reasons, guests may be transferred to another vessel or supplier of similar standard. Reasonable transport and related costs for the transfer will be borne by the operator.
• The operator will inform the agency immediately when such a transfer is required, and both parties agree to cooperate in the guests’ best interest.
• Government tax, service fee, entrance fee, or fuel price increases of 5% or more may lead to rate adjustments according to Vietnamese regulations.

Any refunds or compensations (if applicable) follow the cruise operator’s official policy at the time of the incident.

• Travel documents: Foreign guests must bring a valid passport; Vietnamese guests must bring a valid ID card/citizen ID. Missing documents may result in refusal by port authorities without refund.
• The agency is responsible for informing guests to follow all cruise regulations, safety briefings, and Vietnamese laws during the trip.
• The passenger list provided in advance must match the guests boarding; any changes should be notified as soon as possible for immigration procedures.
• The operator provides life jackets, emergency lighting, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and 24-hour security on board.
• Doctor on call and babysitter (on request) can be arranged subject to availability and prior notice.
• Guests should follow crew instructions for water activities such as kayaking, swimming, squid fishing, and tender transfers.

For everyone’s safety, intoxicated guests may be restricted from water activities or tender transfers at the captain’s discretion.

All extra services and event setups are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by the cruise operator.
