  • If the cruise cannot operate the confirmed vessel due to technical/operational issues, guests may be moved to another cruise; Azura bears the reasonable transfer and related costs.
  • The operator may adjust contract prices if the Government changes taxes, service fees, fuel costs, or entrance ticket prices.

Final routing and specific compensation, if any, are decided by the cruise operator according to the prevailing conditions and local authority requirements.

🛟 Traveler Notes & Safety Passports, timing & onboard comfort
  • All guests must have valid travel documents and provide full personal details in advance; missing or incorrect information may cause delays or denied boarding at the port.
  • Children traveling on a parent’s passport must travel together with that parent.
  • Party B/guests are responsible for arriving at the Halong check-in point on time. If guests arrive late and the cruise cannot wait, they must hire a speedboat or support boat at their own cost to reach the vessel.
  • Only one licensed tour guide per group is allowed onboard. Overnight guide accommodation is charged according to group size; for groups from 30 pax and above, 01 guide is free of charge.
  • No pets are allowed on any voyage to ensure safety and comfort for all passengers.
  • Wi-Fi is available but may be unstable at times due to bay geography and local network coverage.

For a smoother experience, pack light, wear non-slip footwear for decks and excursions, and follow all safety briefings given by the crew.
