10:30 AM: Discover Hoa Lu – Vietnam's Ancient Capital Your first stop is Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010 AD. As you explore the Temple of King Dinh and the Temple of King Le, you’ll hear captivating stories of Vietnam’s early dynasties—the Dinh, Le, and Ly. Surrounded by majestic mountains and tranquil lakes, Hoa Lu offers a perfect blend of history and natural beauty.
11:45 AM: Buffet Lunch at a Local Restaurant After exploring the ancient temples, you’ll enjoy a delicious buffet lunch featuring local specialties such as goat meat, fish, fried rice, and more. Vegetarian options are also available to cater to all dietary preferences.
1:00 PM: Trang An – A UNESCO World Heritage Site In the afternoon, set off to explore Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its stunning karst landscape and intricate cave system. Hop aboard a traditional boat for a 2-hour cruise through the waterways, where you’ll pass through lush valleys, narrow caves, and towering limestone formations. Trang An is a true paradise for nature lovers, and its beauty was even featured in the movie Kong: Skull Island.
3:00 PM: Cycle Through Local Villages Next, it’s time to grab a bike and cycle through the peaceful local villages surrounding Trang An. This 45-minute ride lets you witness the daily life of the local people and offers a unique way to experience the rural beauty of Ninh Binh.
3:45 PM: Mua Cave – The “Dancing Cave” After cycling, hop back onto your Limousine bus and head to Mua Cave (also known as the "Dancing Cave"). Here, you’ll climb nearly 500 steps to reach the summit of Lying Dragon Mountain, where you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of Tam Coc—a landscape often described as the "Halong Bay on land." The view from the top is a perfect spot for photos!
5:00 PM: Check-in & Relax at Your Homestay After your exhilarating hike, head to your homestay, where you’ll check-in and enjoy some free time to relax. Spend the evening unwinding in the tranquil surroundings, perfect for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.
